The City of Huntsville is seeking sealed bids for the design‑build construction of the N.B. Davidson Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) Expansion and Improvements Project. The scope covers demolition, civil works, mechanical and electrical installations, and ancillary infrastructure to increase capacity and reliability of the plant.
