City of Gibraltar - Tents, Stage, Chairs, and Tables for 2026 4th of July Event

The City of Gibraltar is seeking quotes for the provision of tents, stage, chairs, and tables for the 2026 4th of July Event. The required items include one 40’ x 80’ tent, one 20’ x 40’ tent, 300 chairs, 38 8’ folding tables, and a stage. The successful bidder will be responsible for delivering and setting up the items on July 2, 2026, and removing them on July 5, 2026. All tents must be flame retardant and comply with the State of Michigan certification.
