The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Troop Support is seeking qualified vendors to provide fresh milk and a full line of dairy products to military customers in South Carolina under a firm‑fixed‑price indefinite‑quantity contract. The contract will run for three years (Feb 7 2027 – Feb 2 2030) with two pricing tiers and will require vendors to meet a 97 % fill‑rate, adhere to strict freshness and Buy‑American requirements, and support electronic ordering via DLA’s STORES system. The solicitation uses a Lowest‑Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) evaluation and includes an Economic Price Adjustment clause for Class I milk.
• Supply a broad range of fluid milk (whole, low‑fat, non‑fat, flavored) and other dairy items (cheese, yogurt, sour cream) in specified container sizes.
• Deliver to multiple South Carolina installations (Fort Jackson, Charleston AFB, USCG Base Charleston, etc.) with weekly or as‑needed shipments.
• Maintain weekly EDI catalog updates (832 transaction), process real‑time purchase orders (850), and submit matching invoices (810) while meeting a minimum 97 % order‑fill rate and reporting monthly performance.
