Description
This solicitation seeks a single‑award, firm‑fixed‑price IDIQ contract to provide full‑service food operations for the Dragoon Inn DFAC supporting the 2nd Cavalry Regiment at USAG Bavaria, Vilseck, Germany. The contractor must manage all aspects of the dining facility—including staffing, menu planning, food preparation, sanitation, inventory control, cash handling, and compliance with Army, host‑nation, and safety regulations—through a one‑year performance period (01 Jan 2027 – 31 Dec 2027). The award will be based on the lowest technically acceptable price and is set‑aside for small businesses.
• Provide complete DFAC management, food service, and related support (breakfast, lunch, dinner, grab‑and‑go, holiday meals).
• Must staff the facility with certified personnel (minimum 14 DFAs plus shift supervisors) and maintain required certifications (Food Protection Manager, Sanitation, Food Handler).
• Required deliverables include weekly personnel reports, monthly financial/meal‑count reports, quality‑control plan, training certifications, and security/key‑control documentation.
• Contractor must meet U.S. Army security clearances, German work‑permit requirements, and submit invoices via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
