: RFQ for Configuration of Test Environment for IT Dept

The Kodiak Island Borough is seeking a qualified remote IT consultant to assist with the configuration, integration, and staff training of an existing four-node Proxmox Virtual Environment (VE) cluster. The selected consultant will integrate the fourth node and complete all remaining configuration work. The consultant must maintain a primary business location in Alaska, Washington, Oregon, or California, and must be available during Alaska or Pacific Time business hours. The project includes configuration of the test environment, validation, enterprise shared storage configuration, VLAN configuration, high availability setup and failover testing, Veeam backup integration and restore testing, email notifications and monitoring configuration, and VMware-to-Proxmox migration testing and cutover planning.
