Full-Service Snack Bar & Espresso Beverage Bar Concession Business

The Department of Labor and Workforce Development, Division of Vocational Rehabilitation, is seeking proposals from qualified firms or contractors to operate a full-service snack bar and espresso beverage bar concession business located inside the Juneau State Office Building in Juneau, Alaska. The successful contractor will be responsible for providing quality food and beverage services, maintaining equipment, and adhering to health and safety requirements. The contract term is approximately 365 days, with the option for extension. The contractor must have a minimum of 3-5 years of prior experience running a full-service food, food truck, and/or beverage shop. • The contractor will be required to provide weekly financial reports and monthly reports. • The contractor must maintain all equipment in good working condition and ensure that all staff is ServSafe certified or in compliance with the Alaska Food Code. • The contractor must comply with all health and safety requirements and adhere to the terms and conditions of the contract.
