Professional Legal Service for Special PFAS Litigation Counsel

The City of Farmington is seeking professional legal services for special PFAS litigation counsel. The selected firm will provide legal assistance, support, and representation in connection with recovery of costs associated with PFAS and AFFF damages to the public drinking water system and/or public wastewater system. The scope of work includes identifying and quantifying financial impacts, supporting the development and negotiation of claims, and engaging in mediation and/or arbitration as required. The firm will also provide briefings to city officials and administrators on matters related to this scope of work.
