The County of Montgomery, Virginia seeks a qualified firm to deliver a comprehensive rebranding for its Destination Marketing Organization serving Blacksburg, Christiansburg, and Montgomery County. The contractor will conduct stakeholder research, develop a unified visual identity, create strategic messaging, produce brand‑enabled collateral, and provide a launch plan, including four in‑person presentations to local governing bodies. The effort will be a one‑year contract with the possibility of up to four one‑year renewals. • Conduct market research, stakeholder workshops, and audience analysis across three jurisdictions. • Deliver a full brand identity system (logo, color palette, typography, style guide). • Provide strategic messaging, brand guidelines, collateral templates, and a rollout plan, plus on‑site presentations. • Integrate branding considerations for a future tourism website redesign (website work separate). • Must meet Virginia accessibility standards and maintain required insurance.
