The City of Mesa is seeking information from nonprofit or community‑based organizations about their interest and capability to lease the Sunaire property (6733 E Main St, Mesa, AZ 85205) for programs that qualify under the American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA). The lease is nominal – $1 per year – and the City will retain responsibility for structural and major mechanical systems, while the tenant will operate the shelter, handle routine maintenance, utilities, security, and program insurance.
