Description
The City of Cleveland is seeking a vendor to supply and service weekly replacement walk‑off and runner mats for its Office of Radio Communications in Cuyahoga Heights. The contract requires delivery of three 3 ft × 5 ft mats, one 3 ft × 10 ft runner mat, and one 4 ft × 6 ft mat each week, with weekly exchange, cleaning, and end‑of‑contract collection. All shipping and handling costs must be included in the unit price, and the vendor must provide a Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) and weekly invoices with proof of delivery.
• Supply and replace a total of five industrial‑grade, non‑slip mats weekly (minimum 24 oz fiber per sq yd, ≥ 5/16 in pile, nosing on all sides).
• Provide weekly invoicing, include freight in unit price, and collect all mats at contract termination.
• Must meet City of Cleveland procurement rules, including wage‑theft disclosures and compliance with Chapter 181 C.O. evaluation (lowest and best bidder).
