Customer Food and Beverage Vending Machines at Park Locations

Pierce County Parks and Recreation department is seeking a vendor to provide and maintain food and beverage vending machine services at Sprinker Recreation Center and Lakewood Community Center. The vendor will be responsible for furnishing, installing, maintaining, and stocking coin/card operated vending machines, as well as providing a percentage of monies collected to the County. The contract period is expected to be for 1 year, with the option to renew for an additional 4 years. The vendor will be evaluated based on their experience, ability to provide the proposed services, pricing, and customer references. • The vendor must provide new or like-new equipment and keep it clean and presentable to the public at all times. • The vendor must offer a choice of payment options, including change machines and card readers for credit card use. • The vendor must restock the machines at least once per week with unexpired products. • The vendor must respond to service requests within 12 hours, 7 days a week. • The vendor must provide monthly or quarterly sales reports and commission payments to the County.
