Description
Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) is seeking a firm‑fixed‑price quotation for a Carl Zeiss SmartZoom 5 microscopy system, including all required accessories, software, and documentation. The award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. The vendor must be an authorized Zeiss reseller, provide calibration certificates, operating/maintenance manuals, and software quality‑assurance evidence, and must sign the standard representations & certifications. Delivery will be to ORNL (Oak Ridge, TN) with notification at least two weeks prior to shipment.
• Provide a complete SmartZoom 5 system per the Bill of Materials (part numbers, quantities, options).
• Include calibration certificates, catalog‑description verification, and full user manuals.
• Supply software QA documentation and comply with all ORNL/DOE terms, including the “Brand‑Name or Equal” clause and required certifications.
