The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a vendor to supply a full suite of FDA‑approved reagents, consumables, and ancillary supplies for the Optilite clinical chemistry analyzer at the Southern Arizona Healthcare System and potential additional VA facilities. The contract is structured as a BPA with a base year and up to four optional one‑year extensions, requiring reliable, rapid delivery and strict compliance with VA packaging and shipping standards.
• Annual quantity requirements include 120 Kfree kits, 20 Lambda Free kits, 32 Caeruloplasmin kits, and assorted diluents, cuvettes, washing and tubing solutions (total ≈ 250 units per year).
• Delivery must occur within four working days of order receipt; emergency orders are allowed but must be cost‑free unless pre‑approved.
• All shipments are FOB destination, with the vendor bearing freight costs and adhering to VAAR 852.247‑73 packaging guidelines.
• Invoices are submitted monthly via the Tungsten network; prices must be held firm for 60 days after offer receipt.
