Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a commercial vendor to provide a 36‑month Fair Market Value lease of a comprehensive endoscopy equipment system (including video processors, cameras, insufflators, wireless transmission, monitors, carts, sterile processing containers, and associated accessories) for the VA Maine Healthcare System at Togus. The scope covers multiple surgical specialties (urology, gynecology, ENT, arthroscopy, etc.) and requires full installation, training, and full‑service maintenance throughout the lease term, with two optional 12‑month extensions.
• Lease of endoscopy video platforms with 2‑D/3‑D/NIR‑ICG imaging and compatibility across rigid, flexible, and disposable scopes.
• Delivery of all hardware (cameras, light sources, monitors, carts, containers, accessories) within 45 days of award, plus OEM installation and on‑site training.
• Ongoing monthly lease and scope‑service fees for a base 12‑month period with two optional 12‑month extensions, plus full preventive‑maintenance, repair, and loaner support.
