PUBLIC HEALTH PREPAREDNESS AND RESPONSE INFORMATION SYSTEM

The State of Wyoming, Department of Health, is seeking a public health preparedness and response information system to replace several current systems. The system should be cloud-based, web browser-based, and capable of supporting multiple users. The system should include features such as incident management, volunteer registry and management, inventory management, patient tracking, and bed availability tracking. The proposer should provide a comprehensive proposal that includes a work plan, approach to contract performance, and cost analysis. The evaluation criteria include proposer background and experience, staffing and project organization, proposer's project work plan, approach to contract performance, value added, and cost analysis. • The system should be able to manage disasters, special events, security, and day-to-day operations. • The system should be capable of being used for multiple real-world and drill/exercise events simultaneously. • The system should be able to manage related incidents in a hierarchical incident structure. • The system should provide a secure and reliable hosting environment. • The system should be scalable and able to support 1,500 concurrent users.
