RFQ - Service Contract for Lab Gas

The State of Oregon, Department of State Police, is seeking a service contract for lab gas. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with the option to renew for up to 10 years. The contractor will be required to provide ultra-high-purity helium, hydrogen, nitrogen, and zero air cylinders, as well as liquid nitrogen. The contractor will also be required to deliver full cylinders and pick up empty ones on a scheduled or on-call basis, ensure all cylinders are properly labeled and compliant with OSHA and DOT standards, and provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) for all gases. The contractor will also be required to maintain accurate inventory and tracking of cylinders, including delivery logs and periodic inventory reconciliations. • Provide and maintain gas cylinders • Deliver full cylinders and pick up empties on a scheduled or on-call basis • Ensure all cylinders are properly labeled and compliant with OSHA and DOT standards • Provide Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS/SDS) for all gases • Maintain accurate inventory and tracking of cylinders, including delivery logs and periodic inventory reconciliations • Provide emergency delivery services within a specified timeframe • Adhere to OSHA, DOT, and EPA regulations • Properly handle, store, and transport hazardous materials • Submit accurate invoices that include Contract # and detailed charges • Maintain and provide to Agency spill response and incident reporting protocols • Provide Certificates of Analysis for all lots of each gas delivered
