The Department of War (DoW) For Booth Support (Non-Consulting) For The Great American State Fair

The Marine Corps Installations, National Capital Region - Regional Contracting Office (MCINCR-RCO) is seeking information for planning purposes and to provide industry with an opportunity to ask questions and provide recommendations regarding the required supplies outlined in the draft Statement of Work (SOW) for the Department of War (DoW) Booth Support at the Great American State Fair. The contractor will be required to provide all personnel, materials, equipment, and services necessary to support the design, construction, operation, and sustainment of the DoW booth throughout the event period. The scope of work includes booth structure and construction, furniture and layout, visual and interactive elements, promotional items, aesthetic and decoration, technology and power, and other considerations. The period of performance is from setup completion no later than June 24 to teardown immediately following the event conclusion. • The contractor shall provide a project manager to serve as the single point of contact for USMC coordination, planning, and vendor management. • The contractor shall design and construct the booth with completion no later than June 24. • The contractor shall provide and install various equipment and materials, including tables, chairs, shelving, and interactive elements. • The contractor shall procure and deliver service-specific promotional items. • The contractor shall ensure availability of first-aid kits, cleaning supplies, and crowd management equipment.
