Emergency Medical Services Centralized Billing

The State of Wyoming, Department of Health is seeking a vendor to provide an Emergency Medical Services (EMS) Centralized Billing system. The system should be able to support ground EMS agencies in the billing and collection of revenue from all insurers. The vendor will be responsible for implementing and customizing the system, providing technical operations support, and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a maximum budget of $1,000,000 in the first year and $500,000 in each subsequent year. • The system should be able to handle trip data from the Wyoming Ambulance Trip Reporting System (WATRS) • The system should be able to generate clean claims and aggressively pursue payers • The system should be able to provide technical assistance to agencies to improve their coding practices • The system should be able to provide reporting and data analysis to the Agency • The system should be able to integrate with existing systems and infrastructure
