Description
The City of St. Louis Board of Public Service is seeking qualified engineering firms to perform a comprehensive inspection and documentation of the Lindbergh Tunnel and its associated utility corridor at St. Louis Lambert International Airport for the 2027 reporting year. The work requires a certified tunnel inspector familiar with FHWA National Tunnel Inspection Standards, experience with the TOMIE Manual, and professional engineering credentials. Deliverables include a detailed inspection report, engineering analysis, and coordination with MoDOT and airport traffic control.
• Conduct full structural inspection of the tunnel and utility corridor.
• Produce engineering documentation that meets FHWA, MoDOT, and airport requirements.
• Provide qualified personnel (PE, certified tunnel inspector) and adhere to required safety and quality‑control procedures.
