Request for Information – Prophylactic Platform for Medical Countermeasures

The Army’s Portfolio Management Executive for CBRN Defense is seeking information from companies that have mature prophylactic platform technologies (e.g., viral vectors, nucleic‑acid, recombinant protein, nanoparticle) that can be rapidly retargeted against chemical, biological, radiological, or nuclear threats. The agency wants to understand technical maturity, regulatory status, manufacturing capability, development road‑maps, and cost estimates for advancing these platforms to Phase I/II clinical trials and potential Emergency Use Authorization. • Scope includes design, cGMP manufacturing, non‑clinical toxicology/efficacy, regulatory filings (IND/BLA), and Phase I/II human trials. • Required response sections: technical approach & maturity, regulatory & clinical status, manufacturing & supply chain, development roadmap with ROM cost bands, and company experience. • Deliverable is a maximum four‑page capability description (plus a cover sheet), submitted via email to the listed Army contacts.
