Benefits Administration System

The State of Colorado is seeking information from vendors about benefits administration systems. The system should be able to support benefits enrollment and management for approximately 42,000 state employees. The desired system should have the following features: web-based and mobile-accessible enrollment, eligibility, and life event changes; decision support tools; FSA/HSA/Long Term Disability/Life Insurance administration; Cobra/Self-Pay administration; billing generation and reconciliation; system updates and support; employer reporting and payroll deductions; invoicing and payments; customer service support; and ACA tracking and reporting. Some key points to consider: • The system must be able to integrate with existing payroll systems, including CGI, Workday, and Banner. • The system should have a user-friendly interface for both administrators and employees. • The system should be able to scale to accommodate changes in the organization. • The system should have robust security measures to protect sensitive employee information. • The vendor should provide a breakdown of their pricing structure and any additional costs.
