Career Information System for Grades 6 through 12

The State of Delaware seeks a vendor‑hosted, configurable, web‑based Career Information System (CIS) for all public‑school students in grades 6‑12. The solution must be a SaaS platform that integrates with the State’s Single‑Sign‑On (SSO) and Infinite Campus SIS, meets WCAG 2.2 AA accessibility, complies with FERPA, COPPA, and other privacy statutes, and provides secure data handling (encryption in‑transit and at‑rest, U.S. data residency). The vendor will deliver the system, configure it for Delaware’s curriculum and reporting needs, migrate existing data, train educators, and provide ongoing technical support, maintenance, and annual reporting for a five‑year term with up to two one‑year extensions. • Provide a fully hosted, accessible CIS platform with career pathways, labor‑market data, assessments, student dashboards, SSP/PSAP tools, and Work‑Based Learning (WBL) connectivity. • Integrate with State SSO, Infinite Campus, and other third‑party tools; support data migration, encryption, and strict U.S.‑only data storage. • Deliver implementation, configuration, user training, technical support, and quarterly/annual reporting; include a one‑year warranty and ongoing maintenance.
