The City of Redding seeks a qualified consulting firm to design, specify, supervise, and verify the upgrade of the SCADA system at the Clear Creek Wastewater Treatment Plant. The consultant will develop a project plan, recommend hardware and software (Ignition 8.3, Allen‑Bradley PLCs, OnLogic Edge devices), oversee installation by City staff, migrate existing iFix programs and historian data, provide documentation, training, and a 12‑month warranty and optional support.
