Description
The U.S. Air Force’s Ogden Air Logistics Complex is seeking industry input on a forthcoming requirement to provide turnkey Depot Industrial Plant Equipment (DIPE) systems and associated engineering services. The effort will cover design, customization, integration, installation, and lifecycle support of equipment such as test stands, paint booths, thermal spray systems, and related components, as well as day‑to‑day engineering support (mechanical, electrical, industrial, environmental, etc.) and cybersecurity/DoD ATO compliance. The government anticipates a small‑business set‑aside under NAICS 541330 and requests detailed information on capabilities, past contract performance, cleared personnel, and financial responsibility.
• Turnkey design, fabrication, and installation of custom industrial plant equipment for heavy‑maintenance use.
• Full‑range engineering services including removal/disposition, facility modifications, design analysis, cybersecurity, and training.
• Required small‑business status, PE licensing, cleared staff, and ability to front significant upfront costs.
