The County of Henrico is seeking sealed electronic bids to replace the existing cooling tower and associated mechanical systems at Fair Oaks Elementary School in Highland Springs, VA. The scope includes removal of the current closed‑circuit cooling tower, circulation pumps, piping, and related electrical/control components, and installation of a new cooling tower, pumps, piping, electrical work, and controls (the latter supplied as an allowance by Automated Logic Contracting Services, Inc.).
