CITYWIDE GENERAL CONSTRUCTION JOB ORDER CONTRACTING

The City of Phoenix is establishing a five‑year, city‑wide General Construction Job Order Contracting (JOC) program. Up to five qualified contractors will be selected to provide on‑call construction services ranging from minor repairs and interior remodels to new building construction, roofing, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, ADA upgrades, demolition, and site improvements. Each Job Order Agreement (JOA) will be capped at $4 million, with a total ceiling of $50 million for the entire contract. Contractors must be licensed in Arizona, provide performance and payment bonds, and use the City’s UNIFIER web‑based project‑management system.
