JOC-27-001 On-Call Construction Services

The City of Indianapolis Department of Public Works is seeking a qualified contractor to provide on‑call construction services. This on‑call (also known as “job‑order”) contract will allow the agency to issue task orders for a variety of construction, repair, and maintenance work as needs arise, giving the contractor flexibility to respond to multiple small‑scale projects throughout the fiscal year. The award will be a single‑award indefinite‑delivery/indefinite‑quantity (IDIQ) contract, and the selected vendor must demonstrate capability in general construction, site work, utility repairs, and related services. • General construction, renovation, and repair of municipal buildings and facilities • Site work such as paving, drainage, utility adjustments, and minor civil‑engineering tasks • Ability to mobilize quickly and provide labor, materials, and equipment on short notice • Must comply with all city, state, and federal construction regulations and safety standards
