(RFP) 27-04, Concession Operations at North Mt. Camel Recreation Center - Annual Contract

Henry County is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to operate and manage a concession within the North Mt. Carmel Recreation Center. The selected operator will be responsible for providing high-quality, consistent food and beverage service in a safe, clean, and customer-focused environment. The concession operation will require the vendor to furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of the contract. Key aspects of the proposal include: • Providing a detailed proposal outlining the vendor's experience, qualifications, and approach to managing the concession operation • Submitting a cost proposal that includes a monthly percentage of gross receipts or a set monthly fee • Complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and codes, including those related to health and safety, employment, and taxation • Participating in a pre-proposal conference and site visit (optional) • Submitting all required documents, including a W-9, bid authorization affidavit, and non-conflict of interest statement The evaluation criteria will include factors such as the vendor's experience and qualifications, the quality of the proposal, and the cost proposal. The County reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to negotiate the terms of the contract with the selected vendor.
