Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive material handling equipment (MHE) maintenance support for the VA Western Colorado Health Care System in Grand Junction, CO. The contract will cover preventive (scheduled) maintenance, corrective/unscheduled repairs, parts replacement, and annual/biennial service tasks for a fleet that includes telehandlers, fork trucks, pallet trucks, and battery chargers. The effort is structured as a firm‑fixed‑price, multi‑year (up to 5 years 6 months) contract with annual option years and specific biennial service requirements. Quotes must be submitted electronically by the deadline, and a site visit is strongly encouraged.
• Scope: Preventive maintenance (semi‑annual, annual, biennial) and corrective repairs for identified MHE fleet.
