The Commonwealth of Kentucky is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive snow and ice management services for the Vehicle Use Areas (VUA) of the L&N Building in Louisville. The contract is a one‑year master agreement with the option to renew up to four additional one‑year periods. The vendor must supply all labor, equipment, materials, and supervision needed to keep designated parking lots, driveways, and sidewalks clear and safe during winter weather, including pre‑treatment, plowing, salting, sanding, and post‑storm reporting.
