Sole Source Purchase for Fresh Sushi Daily to UNMH Staffing and Customers

The University of New Mexico Hospitals (UNMH) is seeking a sole source purchase for fresh sushi daily to UNMH staffing and customers. The selected vendor must provide and deliver fresh sushi daily, by 10AM, seven days a week, except for national holidays. The vendor must also provide a merchandise refrigerator to sell and store the sushi at the Happy Heart Bistro, and maintain the refrigerator in good working condition at no expense to UNMH. The contract term is 3 years, with a total amount of $1,800,000.00. Key responsibilities of the vendor include: • Providing fresh sushi daily to UNMH staffing and customers • Delivering sushi at two locations, the Dr.'s Lounge and Happy Heart Bistro • Providing a merchandise refrigerator to sell and store the sushi • Maintaining the refrigerator in good working condition at no expense to UNMH • Rotating sushi daily and providing a credit for unsold sushi • Complying with HACCP & Serve Safe Guidelines and Standard Sanitation Operating Procedure Manuals
