Conference Coordinator Wyoming Facility Maintenance Conference

The State of Wyoming is seeking a conference coordinator to organize and facilitate the Wyoming Facility Maintenance Conference. The conference will involve educational tracks for corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and daily operational maintenance services, as well as an industry partner trade show and after-hours meet and greet event. The successful proposer will be responsible for securing a venue, developing the education training, garnering vendor participation, planning an after-hours social event, and organizing catering for the conference. The proposer should have experience in conference planning and coordination, as well as knowledge of facility maintenance and management. Some key points to consider: • The conference will be held in Wyoming, with the exact location to be determined by the State Construction Department. • The conference will include educational tracks, a trade show, and an after-hours meet and greet event. • The successful proposer will be responsible for all aspects of conference planning, including venue selection, catering, and vendor coordination. • The proposer should have experience in conference planning and coordination, as well as knowledge of facility maintenance and management. • The State of Wyoming reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, to waive any informality or technical defect in the proposals, or to award the contract in whole or in part, if deemed in the best interest of the State to do so.
