Financial Management System

The Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles is seeking a robust integrated Financial Management and Reporting System (FMS) to replace its current system. The FMS should be fully integrated in a cloud solution and managed by the hosted service solution provider. The system should ensure financial compliance, automation of financial transactions, financial reconciliation, general ledger processing, receipt and revenue distribution, and allow for the easy creation of future financial transactions. The FMS should also be able to integrate with the State's SAP (SMART21 Program) and Wells Fargo CyberSource Payment Gateway Service. Key high-level requirements include general ledger, account payables, account receivables, budgeting, fund accounting, tax management, and reporting and analytics. • The FMS should be fully integrated in a cloud solution and managed by the hosted service solution provider. • The system should ensure financial compliance, automation of financial transactions, financial reconciliation, general ledger processing, receipt and revenue distribution, and allow for the easy creation of future financial transactions. • The FMS should be able to integrate with the State's SAP (SMART21 Program) and Wells Fargo CyberSource Payment Gateway Service. • The system should have a contract management module and be able to accept various forms of payment. • The FMS should have security capabilities to ensure the protection and integrity of customer data and compliance with State and Federal regulations.
