FUNDRAISING, SPONSORSHIP, AND DONOR RELATIONS SERVICES FOR THE 2026 ROSE GARDEN PARTY

The City of Boston is seeking a vendor to provide fundraising, sponsorship, and donor relations services for the 2026 Rose Garden Party. The selected vendor will be responsible for performing the services as described in the Request for Proposal documents. The proposal should include all applicable provisions of law and be in accordance with the terms and provisions of the contract documents. • The proposal should be submitted before 12:00 P.M., Boston time, Tuesday, December 9, 2025. • The specifications and plans will be available on or about Monday, November 17, 2025 after 9:00 A.M., Boston time. • The City of Boston invites proposals from vendors through the City of Boston’s Supplier Portal: boston.gov/departments/procurement.
