Description
Grand Rapids Public Schools is seeking qualified contractors to remove and replace approximately 14,000 square yards of existing asphalt pavement across three school sites, install new asphalt, storm sewer, concrete curbs, sidewalks, lighting, erosion control, and related restoration work. Bids must be sealed and submitted by November 4, 2026, with a pre‑bid virtual meeting on October 27, 2026. The contract will be funded by the district’s capital budget; a 5 % bid bond is required. Work is slated to begin no earlier than June 7, 2027 and must be substantially completed by mid‑August 2027, with final completion by August 28, 2027.
