Description
The City of Port Angeles is seeking a qualified professional engineering firm to develop bid‑ready construction documents and associated cost estimates for two FEMA‑funded disaster recovery projects: (1) repair and possible relocation of the Ediz Hook Boat Launch, and (2) restoration of damaged sections of the Olympic Discovery Trail (Phase 2). The consultant will perform 30/60/90‑day design phases, handle permitting coordination, conduct a public outreach forum for the boat launch, and provide grant close‑out/administrative support. The contract runs from early December 2026 through June 30 2028, with the expectation that design work be completed well before the March 31 2028 construction deadline.
