The Ohio Department of Natural Resources is seeking a qualified contractor to remove existing rusted gutters and metal window trim from the historic Old National Guard Building at Grand Lake St. Mary’s State Park and install new metal‑finished components, including gutters, downspouts, window framing, door trims, and Northstar Metals panels. The work must be completed by April 1 2027 and includes site preparation, steel tuck‑pointing, concrete‑screw fastening, and finishing to the park’s specifications.
• Remove and properly dispose of old rusted gutter system.
• Install new 2″×4″ lumber framework, metal base trims, overhead‑door trims, doorstops, and gable vents using specified fasteners.
• Apply Northstar Metals 5‑star metal panels and install a new 6″ gutter with 3 × 4″ downspouts.
• All work must conform to the park’s aesthetic standards and be performed on‑site in Spencerville, OH.
• Contractor must submit a completed affirmation and disclosure form confirming U.S.‑only service locations and compliance with executive orders.
