Description
The U.S. Embassy in Bogotá is seeking a qualified firm to provide comprehensive gardening, landscaping, and grounds‑maintenance services for its 28,000 m² compound. The contractor must manage all aspects of lawn care, tree and shrub pruning, irrigation, pest control, fountain maintenance, and related support functions, while complying with U.S. and Colombian safety, labor, and environmental regulations. The contract is a firm‑price, fixed‑price agreement with a base year and four one‑year options, plus a possible six‑month extension. All staff must obtain U.S. Embassy security clearance and possess required certifications for work‑at‑heights and hazardous‑materials handling.
• Provide full‑service landscape maintenance (mowing, fertilization, pruning, weed control, irrigation, pest management).
• Deliver monthly, annual, and end‑of‑contract reporting, including a detailed Grounds Maintenance Plan and safety documentation.
• Maintain security clearances, insurance coverage (GL, Property, Workers’ Comp, DBA) and adhere to FAR and DOSAR clauses.
