GO BOND PROJECT: HERBERT SADKIN COMMUNITY CENTER EXTERIOR WINDOW REPLACEMENT AND STUCCO REPAIR (TURNKEY)

The City of Lauderhill is seeking a qualified contractor to perform a turnkey exterior renovation of the Herbert Sadkin Community Center. The work includes removal and replacement of all exterior windows and storefront systems, repair/replacement of stucco and EIFS finishes, exterior painting, coping replacement, sealant and waterproofing, and associated structural, electrical, and patching work. Bids must be sealed, submitted electronically via IonWave, and include a 5 % bid bond. A 100 % performance and payment bond will be required upon award, along with required affidavits.
