Description
The Colorado Department of Corrections (CDOC) is issuing a Request for Quote (DQ) to procure fresh, USDA‑inspected Grade A eggs (brown or white, medium or large) for its correctional facility kitchens. Vendors must submit unit and extended costs for eggs packaged in 15‑ or 30‑dozen cases, with delivery scheduled for the week of November 2‑6 2026 to two CDOC warehouses in Colorado. All eggs must be stamped and dated no more than 17 days prior to delivery, shipped at ≤45 °F, and meet all USDA labeling and quality standards. Substitutions are not allowed; any rejected product is the vendor’s expense. Bidders must provide pricing that is all‑inclusive (FOB destination), certify compliance with state procurement regulations, and may be required to submit product samples and nutritional documentation. Invoicing is to be done via email by the 15th of each month.
