Berg Ranch WMA Irrigation Project

The Confederated Tribes of the Colville Reservation are seeking a qualified contractor to design, supply, and install three large center‑pivot irrigation systems (860 ft, 470 ft, 540 ft spans) at the Berg Ranch Wildlife Management Area. The scope includes well‑pump installation, PVC/steel mains, concrete pads, electrical integration with VFDs, testing, commissioning, and site clean‑up, with all deliverables becoming tribal property. The contract starts after award in late September 2026 and runs for a minimum of three months, with possible month‑to‑month extensions. • Provide up to three wiper‑type center‑pivot irrigation systems with associated well, pump, VFD, and electrical infrastructure. • Install concrete pads, buried 6‑inch PVC mainlines, and integrate existing power poles and a new well pump. • Perform full testing, commissioning, documentation, and site restoration, complying with tribal insurance, performance‑bond, and prevailing‑wage requirements.
