Pan - Tilt - Zoom (PTZ) Cameras

The City of Phoenix is seeking bids for the provision of Pan-Tilt-Zoom (PTZ) cameras and related services for a five-year term. The cameras will be used for traffic monitoring and management. The contractor will be required to provide cameras that meet or exceed the minimum specifications outlined in the solicitation, including imaging and optics, pan-tilt-zoom specifications, environmental and durability, integration and connectivity, analytics and smart features, and cybersecurity and compliance. The contractor will also be required to provide a post-warranty service contract and establish a formal Return Material Authorization (RMA) process. Some key features of the required cameras include: • Resolution: HDTV 1080 (Full HD) or 2 MP (Megapixels) • Low-Light Performance: LightFinder – Version 2.0 and OptimizedIR (up to 300m) • Image Stabilization: Electronic or optical stabilization and Wide Dynamic Range (WDR) • Pan-Tilt-Zoom Specifications: 360° endless rotations, 0.05° to 550° per second, and 31x optical zoom • Preset and Tour Functions: Up to 300 preset positions and max 10 tours, each up to 16 minutes • Environmental and Durability: IP66 or higher for dust and water resistance, IK10 rating for vandal protection, and operating temperature of -40°C to +50°C • Integration and Connectivity: ONVIF-compliant, PoE+ or High-PoE, and H.264/H.265 video compression • Analytics & Smart Features: Built-in analytics, including motion detection, auto-tracking, event detection, tampering alarm, and smart imaging enhancements • Cybersecurity and Compliance: Axis Edge Vault, encrypted communication, secure firmware updates, and FIPS 140-3 Level 3 certification
