School Psychologist Services

The Red Clay Consolidated School District (RCCSD) is seeking qualified vendors to provide on‑site school psychologist services for the 2026‑27 school year. The contract will cover a broad range of psychological and mental‑health functions across elementary, secondary, autism, bilingual, early‑years, and specialized programs, serving roughly 80‑100 students per category. Vendors must submit hourly rates for each service line, demonstrate Delaware licensure, provide background‑check clearances, and maintain required insurance. The award will be made on a “most advantageous” basis, weighting experience, diversity capability, professional‑learning offerings, cost, licensure/supervision, and administrative support. • Provide psycho‑educational evaluations, counseling, behavioral supports, and consultative services on‑site (no tele‑therapy). • Serve 12‑15 full‑time equivalents across the district, with flexibility to allocate staff among multiple service categories. • Submit a detailed hourly‑rate schedule; rates will be scored (15 points) alongside experience and capability criteria.
