This solicitation seeks a 100 % HUBZone small‑business‑set‑aside firm to provide comprehensive exterior pressure‑washing services for a wide array of buildings, bridges, tanks, and other structures across Fort Bragg and nearby Army installations. The contractor must furnish all personnel, equipment, chemicals, and safety measures, responding to Demand Maintenance Orders (DMOs) with defined response and completion windows. The contract is a firm‑fixed‑price, base‑year award with four optional one‑year extensions and a possible six‑month extension, totaling up to five years of performance. • Scope covers ~377,000 sq ft of exterior surfaces annually, including headquarters, barracks, chapels, fuel tanks, bridges, and recreational facilities. • Must meet stringent safety, environmental, and security requirements, including OSHA PPE, chemical SDS approvals, and base security badge access. • Evaluation will be lowest‑priced technically acceptable (LPTA) with emphasis on technical capability, past performance, and price.
