Corporate Gym Membership Services

Knox County is seeking proposals for Corporate Gym Membership Services. The selected vendor will provide gym membership services to Knox County employees. The contract is expected to start on June 30, 2013, and end on June 29, 2014. The vendor will be responsible for setting up membership agreements, forwarding membership information to Knox County, and receiving payment from Knox County for monthly membership dues. • The vendor must be able to verify the eligibility of Knox County employees for gym membership. • The vendor must be able to provide a list of employees and dependents to Knox County via spreadsheet. • The vendor must be able to receive payment from Knox County on a monthly basis. • The vendor must be able to offer a reduced rate to Knox County employees year-round, even if Knox County does not pick up the tab or payroll deduct.
