Description
The Des Moines Metropolitan Wastewater Reclamation Authority (WRA) is seeking a qualified contractor to construct extensive sanitary sewer improvements along Walnut Creek, spanning multiple municipalities. The scope includes open‑cut and trenchless installation of 60‑inch and 66‑inch pipelines, associated manholes, special structures, bypass pumping, dewatering, storm sewer replacement, water main replacement, asphalt and concrete resurfacing, traffic control, erosion control, and installation of flow‑metering equipment with new electrical service. The project also requires extensive site preparation, subgrade work, backfill, and final cleanup, all in accordance with detailed contract documents and SUDAS specifications.
