Internet Ports and Services Addendum

This solicitation seeks an Internet Service Provider to deliver a dedicated high‑speed link to each of the district’s two data centers. The provider must supply a single, non‑aggregated ISP connection per site, with a default capacity of 10 Gbps and an optional upgrade to 40 Gbps. The hand‑off must be via a single SFP+ (for 10 Gbps) or QSFP+ (for 40 Gbps) port on a switch at each location. Proposals, together with a signed addendum, are due by the specified deadline; no extensions are permitted. • Provide one dedicated ISP link per data center – 10 Gbps default, upgradeable to 40 Gbps. • No link aggregation; each connection must terminate on a single port (SFP+ or QSFP+). • Submission deadline: 12:00 p.m. EST, February 4, 2026 via the NPS sourcing portal. • Addendum must be signed and uploaded with the full proposal; all other RFP terms remain unchanged. • Vendor must be capable of delivering high‑capacity wired telecommunications services to meet the district’s bandwidth needs.
