The New Jersey Department of Children and Families (Division of Child Protection & Permanency) is seeking qualified vendors to provide, deliver, and assemble new household furnishings, bedding, appliances, and related equipment for children and families in DCF‑sponsored housing situations or reunification placements. Vendors must supply only new, safety‑certified products, guarantee delivery and assembly within 24 hours of a requisition, and adhere to fixed unit pricing for the three‑year contract term. The solicitation is a Request for Qualification; only vendors not already under a DCF contract may apply.
• Supply categories include Priority 1 items (beds, cribs, car seats, safety gates, major appliances) and Priority 2 items (sofas, dressers, washers/dryers, kitchen sets, etc.).
• All items must be new, carry JPMA certification where applicable, and ENERGY STAR ratings for appliances; vendors must provide warranties and return policies.
• Vendors must be able to serve statewide (or selected counties) and meet a 24‑hour delivery/assembly window; extensive pre‑award documentation (financial, legal, insurance, SAM registration, etc.) is required.
