Description
City of Cleveland is seeking an authorized Stellantis dealer to provide parts and labor for repair of Stellantis‑brand vehicles (Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram) at Cleveland Hopkins International Airport. The vendor must handle parts pickup and delivery, embed all shipping costs in unit prices, and comply with MSDS requirements. The contract is limited to a maximum purchase order value of $5,000 and will be valid for up to one year.
• Supply of engine, electrical, brake, air, steering, suspension parts and associated labor.
• Must be an authorized Stellantis dealer and able to provide pickup/delivery services.
• All pricing must be “all‑in” with no separate freight or miscellaneous fees unless pre‑approved.
• Evaluation based on lowest and best bid under City of Cleveland procurement code Chapter 181 C.O.
