Description
This solicitation seeks a vendor to supply a range of automotive fluids and related lubricants for the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport fleet, with delivery to the airport’s central receiving area. The contract is limited to a maximum spend of $15,000 or one year, whichever occurs first, and all shipping costs must be embedded in unit prices. Vendors must also provide electronic Safety Data Sheets at delivery and may optionally offer on‑site after‑sales support within 48 hours.
• Supply of windshield washer fluid, synthetic gear lube, ATF Dex‑III/Mercon, SAE 15W40 diesel oil, nitrite‑free coolant, and other related solvents and greases.
• Delivery services to CHIA Central Receiving, FOB, with all freight included in the quoted price.
